In order to stop services in Cisco Prime Infrastructure, you need to ssh to the server by using root credentials, then run the command ncs stop
By running the command show application status NCS you can see the services are stopped:
Health Monitor is stopped.
Database server is stopped
Ftp Server is running
Tftp Server is Stopped
Matlab Server is Stopped
Matlab Server Instance 1 is Stopped
Matlab Server Instance 2 is Stopped
Matlab Server Instance 3 is Stopped
NMS Server is stopped.
